• 1. Where do I go to register for WileyPLUS?

  Your class section url given to you by your instructor. Click the register button. You will need a WileyPLUS registration code to complete the registration process. Here is a brief tutorial on how to register.

• 2. What if I didn't get a registration code when I bought my book?

  If you didn't get an access code with your book you probably bought your book used or somewhere else other than the campus bookstore. You'll need to purchase your registration code separately. It is 50% off the cost of the textbook.

• 3. What do I do if I registered in the wrong class section url?

  Please contact Technical Support and click on "Ask A Question" or "Live Chat" button. Someone will be able to move you to the correct class section.

• 4. What do I do if I lost my registration code after buying it?

  Please bring your proof of purchase to your Professor. If your Professor feels you are entitled to a new code, then ask your Professor to contact their WileyPLUS Account Manager.

• 5. What if I registered last term? What do I do now?

  You'll need to go to the new class section url for this term and click the login button. Use the same profile information (username and password) you used when you registered last term. If you can't remember, then please contact WileyPLUS tech support and use the "Ask A Question" or "Live Chat" option.

• 6. What if I experience a technical problem while I'm trying to do my homework?

  Contact WileyPLUS tech support. Make sure you select the live chat option so you will get instant feedback from a tech support specialist. This is the best and only place to go when you experience any type of technical difficulty.

• 7. How do I know if the browser I'm using is supported by WileyPLUS?

  Use our browser checker to automatically check if your browser is configured correctly.

• 8. What are the system requirements for WileyPLUS?

  You may download our system requirements so you know you have all the programs you need for WileyPLUS to work successfully on your machine.

• 9. Where can I go to get help on how to use WileyPLUS?

  Visit our How-To Tutorials section where you can find two minute tutorials on the Read, Study, and Practice tab, the Assignment tab, and the Gradebook.

• 10. My answer was marked incorrect on my homework and I think it should be marked correct. What should I do?
